TurboTax did not email my 2020 KY tax return. I paid TurboTax $20 with my VISA card to email the state return. TurboTax did not email my return. TurboTax must return
my $20 to me since TurboTax rejected my 2020 returns saying my 2019 AGI or my PIN numbers did not match the IRS information.
so, I had to print out the 2920 forms and mail them in via USPS. TurboTax now owes me $20.00 for failure to email my 2020 KY tax return. Please repay my money, my $20.
