Last year's tax return rejected with NO rejection code

Last year's tax return for 2019 was rejected but I have NOT gotten one of those emails I keep hearing about that says "ACTION NEEDED" with the rejection code and next steps to take!!!! I've quadruple checked my emails and the only thing that I've received is a REMINDER about the rejected tax return which does NOT have any info whatsoever on the reason why it was rejected. Furthermore there's NO "FIX MY RETURN" button anywhere on the page when I log in so don't tell me to click that button. There's a "how to amend" section which tells me to download TurboTax 2019 for Mac but after I filed the software download request I haven't heard back from TurboTax even after two weeks even though it says "We are completing requests within 14 calendar days" which is a complete lie.
