No, once the return is submitted for e-filing, the line item entries cannot be changed, unfortunately. This is a protective device for users more than anything else. Once your return is fully processed and you receive your refund, you can go in and amend your return to adjust for this oversight. Amending is truly rather simple as it is not at all a complete "re-do" of your return, just an adjustment to the section(s) that require adjusting for their record keeping.
