As your tax return is accepted and you have received your refund, you will need to amend your return to include the Form W-2.
Feel free to cash or spend your refund while your amendment gets processed. It will not be reclaimed by the IRS. The tax payable on your amended return already takes that refund into account
Please be aware that Form 1040X will not be available in TurboTax until March 25, 2021, but once it is available, you will be able to prepare and e-file your amended return.

This year, you will be able to e-file your return and pay the taxes on your amended return by direct withdrawal.
