Using Turbtax, on 01/30/2021 I submitted my tax return for 2020. Being a first time user I did not know that I had to provide (add) my AGI for the previous year. It appears that my current return is sitting in limbo waiting for this info. I have paid for and have copies verifing that I have filed with Turbotax. I have not been able to get this problem solved. I need to get some answers. I have already paid $130 dollars to Turbotax for extra services. This situation is causing me a lot of anxiety. If this will help, my order number is TTWCB190252763.
