I selected to have my refund deposited on the credit karma money spend card. When I submitted my return it never directed me to credit karma to open the account.

I logged in to my regular credit karma account and theres no option on there or turbotax to create the "money spend account" when I google and selete create account it says money spend is at capacity.  Where is my refund going to be deposited?
