After you file

You can search for and fix your own return for the reject on the Schedule F, if you are not supposed to have one in your return.

Did you receive a 1099-NEC from any source?  That may have been entered into the Schedule F, Farming section of the return.

A 1099-NEC is different than a W-2, which you receive for working for an employer and taxes have generally been withheld for social security, Medicare, and federal and state withholding.

Open your return back up and go to the wages and Income section and look for the "self-employment income and expenses" section and select "review".

TurboTax shows you:

"Your 2020 self-employed work summary" and under that, you can edit or delete a line of work you've already entered, or add a new one.

You need to look at the farming section (Schedule F)  to see what has been entered.  If you entered information that was not received, you will get an opportunity to delete the applicable tax reporting document if one was not received.

If you still have questions, please update this entry with the new information.
