After you file
You can do your 2020 taxes, and get them accepted. I use Turbo and when I e filed and put in my AGI, Adjusted Gross Income for 2019 at the spot on Turbo when you file, the IRS rejected it, my state tax was then also rejected. So at the suggestion people here to put in zero, 0 for the AGI I did and they took my 2020 filing. The IRS rejects any amount you put in for 2019 because as far as its computer knows you did not file... put in 0 and it thinks your filing for the first time because it cant find any taxes for the previous year. And in fact until they post your 2019 you did not in their eyes actually have an adjusted gross income. Hope this helps you.
