This is a generic automated response and does not help me whatsoever . I indicated that I didn’t have any offsets. I do check my tax return documents in detail. I’ve been filing for over 2 decades. The amount I am supposed to receive is very known to me. I did not receive that full amount. I DID NOT have to pay fees for TT due to the type of filing I used . Furthermore, I was referencing $601 shortage, not $39.99. I’ll be interested in responses once an actual human responds .
