Wasn't supposed to owe any money then I deleted form IT-2 & IT-215 and by mistake now I owe NY money. How do I find the form to fix my mistake

please help an online forum told me in order to e-file NT state (because only gave me the option to mail) I should delete those forms now I owe NY state and I was never supposed to in the first place. How do I get back forms IT-2 and IT-215
