I filed Jan 28th my returns both day pending. I filled my husband's on 2/15 his was accepted on 2/15 I'm very upset there's no one to talk to about this issue. I think it's because I asked for a refund advance if turbo tax doesn't have the money to advance just cancel that request and send my return. It's anyway 11 days they've started accepting returns so for mines to still be pending is baffling. I'll never use turbotax again I'll file for free on the irs site for now on. Does anyone know a lawyer we can talk to about this? It's a pandemic and we all filed early so we can continue to support our families not to see our refunds pend for god knows how long smh
