No, don't refile your return. A duplicate return in the IRS' system will cause all sorts of problems, for both you and the IRS.
I'd suggest that you call the IRS toll-free at 800-829-1040, M - F, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., advise them of your situation, and they can provide further advice on what you need to do. They'll probably just advise that you call back within a couple of weeks to see if your return is being processed.
