I just had the same thing happen on my 2020 Return because the AGI did not match as the IRS never "processed" my 2019 paper return (even though they cashed the check because I owed them a small amount).
QUESTION: Would the IRS process the return electronically if I re-submitted with 2018 AGI information? I know they have that amount on file. Thank you!
