You may be referring to a question regarding 2019 SE tax.
SE Family leave credit is for self-employed persons who did not go to work for up to 50 days due to becoming ill, or having a family member they cared for becoming ill.
The next question is about Schedule SE. When filing as self-employed on your individual tax return, the self-employed income is reported on Schedule C.
To answer the question if you used the SE Short form or SE Long form, you will need to get the 2019 Tax Return PDF if it is not already printed. Scroll through looking for your 2019 Schedule SE with Section A (Short) or Section B (Long) filled out.
This is all done in the Deductions & Credits section under Tax relief related to COVID-19. To return there, from the left menu, select Federal. Across the top, select the second tab, Deductions & Credits. Scroll down to Tax relief related to COVID-19 and start or revisit the applicable sections.
