I’m in Alabama so it’s definitely an all-states issue.
I filed my daughter’s return after mine and her’s was accepted by the IRS within the 24-48 hours. Her Alabama state return was just accepted yesterday.. some 6 days later.
My federal and state are both stuck in turbo tax pending purgatory the IRS has not received my return regardless of TT saying it has been transmitted.
