Was needing clarification on same issue and whilst searching this thread , my state refund popped up pending in my bank account. And yes, I was among the people who forgot to claim unemployment and my federal withholding my 2020 tax return (I personally was having technical issues and completed without claiming accidentally )... Nothing on my federal yet
