I submitted my Federal and State returns to TurboTax on 2/14. I got an email saying they were both transmitted and I should hear if they are accepted or rejected within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 2/20 and they are both still pending. It looks like many others are having this problem. The note from Turbotax said we should have heard something by Friday evening. Nothing yet.
