My federal and Mass returns have been pending since Feb 15. Your email said pending returns would be cleared or an email sent to those impacted with instructions within 48 hours. It's beyond that and I haven't received an email. What do I do?
This year is the first year I've had problems with TurboTax. Aside from the Pending issue, in the review/comparison part of my 2019 income was missing. What's going on with your company and 2021 version? I'm not at all happy about this.
