After you file
You should make sure it is correct before trying to mail. If there is a problem, you will be sending a return to the state that will be rejected for more information.
I worked for H&R block for 5 years. This type of things happens a lot to the point that it is best to not file early because the most organizations test in a testing environment and not live. So, issues don't often happen until the "go live." Once presented, the glitches are addressed and those who access the system later don't have the issues.
I'm waiting for Turbo to fix the glitch on their own or reject to me to fix. I will determine then if I want to proceed or file directly on the state site.
