California FTB has not received our taxes.
No! Turbo Tax is not assisting us as they say it’s the States issue. Totally a lie! They act like they could not careless. It’s not the State I contacted the state, my taxes have not been even filed according to the CA state. Its an issue on the “electronic” form that is on TTax. I received a “bot” e mail from Turbo tax telling me I should hear from them with the issue on my state taxes within 24-48 hours. I KNOW there is an issue and TTax has to fix it as they created it, it’s in their system or refund my money. Then I need advice on how to file. If I print the forms I am assuming the “mistake” would still be on them?? Or do I start again and e file with the CA FTB? If that’s even possible. Any advice would be helpful as I am sure there’s 1000’s of us been misinformed and mistreated by Turbo Tax. Not even acknowledging the error, never mind fixing it........ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
