I received this message from turbo tax last night
I eventually got more details on the reason the CA returns are not showing as accepted. From my understanding issue is associated with customers who itemized their deduction. TurboTax needs to verify some entries in those returns and the returns will be released once that verification process is complete. Sorry for this inconvenience.
