No not a good look for Turbotax at all. All the finger pointing just dug themselves into a bigger PR mess as far as I'm concerned and more angry customers.
Agree, it is very frustrating and this is why I wrote back to the email and included the CEO and VP ripping them a new one for how they have handled this problem.
The lack of candor and transparency is astonishing in this day and age where information flows so freely about poor conduct on a companies part.
