I just received an email - at 10:12 PM Pacific time! - from an actual human at the Intuit office of the President.  The response was personal, and indicated that my email had been read.  The sender stated essentially the same thing that was just posted two posts above this one - that there is something in my return that, had it been submitted, might have caused it to be rejected.  Intuit is doing an extra review, with the potential outcome that they might be able to resolve the issue and submit it, or send me instructions telling me how to fix it, and that the process might take an additional 48 hours.

 

I have to say, despite the frustration we're all feeling - that was pretty impressive, and appreciated.

 

And given the post above, it looks like they're on it now, and we all need to just hang in there a little longer.
