I just got off the phone with turbotax support, nice guy, but no help. He was chatting with level 2 support internal to them and the guy was telling me it is sent on their end. Yet i check the FTB site and still nothing received. The support rep on the phone was as frustrated as me.
Sent an email to the Execs hoping to get a response.
Filed on 2-4-21 State still pending like many. Have been using turbo tax for well over 10 years, never had this issue.
