The only problem with this analysis is that it is TurboTax themselves that tells you it will be 24 to 48 hours. They do not say, "it will be 24 to 48 hours or maybe 2 weeks or more". Also, I believe that TurboTax, and other major tax return preparation companies, DO have the ability to talk to IT workers at IRS. In fact, I suspect that they are in communication constantly during tax season. How could it be otherwise?
