Went to this site for State of Ca and they have no record of my return being filed

Asks for 4 pieces of information, SS#, Street #, Zip, Amount of Refund
Very disappointing - thinking of just going to the State of CA site and entering all information manually in their E-File system. I will give TurboTax until Friday to get this resolved or I will E-File direct with State of Ca and take my business elsewhere next year. This is zero customer service they are providing for their client base.
