hmm.. Maybe Intuit was hacked? Probably good to be cautions about unsolicited calls and ask to call them back at an official Intuit phone number. Intuit should have more transparent status available (rather than "pending") - for example:

- Return Received by IRS [No]
- Decision by IRS [Pending]
- Return Received by State [Yes]
- Decision by State [Rejected]
This way you'd know who to contact about the "Pending" status.
