For the hardship program is there a certain time period before u can request this assistance. Far as the 21 days are Sunday’s included? Or president day? Would that affect how many days you been processing I filed on the 3rd and accepted on the 4th I have code 521 & was told no info was needed at this time they have 45 days from March 15th & refund expected by April 25th all they went over my head can some one please advise what I should do at this point??
