According to my TurboTax account my taxes were E Filed in 2/22/2020 and shows accepted by the IRS. so if they were not actually filed, I would still like to speak to someone about getting a refund from TurboTax for the fees I paid for them to file my taxes...
when I call the support line it the with my TurboTax support ID that I get for paying extra for support, I get stuck in a recorded loop that never gets me to a human.
