I filed my 2019 taxes on Feb 22, 2020. They were accepted and a YEAR later I still have not received my refund. I pay extra for turbo tax support and for A YEAR have been unable to get in contact with anyone to help me.
My two questions are 1) Where is my refund from the IRS? and 2)where is my refund from turbo tax for services not rendered!?
