I filed this year with Turbo Tax and never once in the process did they ask for my AGI or PIN from 2019. I was then rejected by the IRS because, The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.
So if I wasn't asked these questions then how does the IRS know my info doesn't match?
