I'm not a contractor of any sorts. I am a regular employee of a company in NC and each of my paychecks say that 0.00 is taken out for state and federal with-holding. I submitted a W-4 for the job when I got hired. I want to make sure I am doing everything properly so I don't end up in trouble with the IRS
