No. If you are getting both refunds, the Federal and state refunds do not come together as one payment. The refunds come separately from different tax agencies, each doing their own thing. If they happen to arrive on the same day, that would just be a coincidence and not likely. There's no way to know which one would come first.
If you have efiled, have both your Federal and state returns been accepted yet? You can check the efile status by logging into your TurboTax online account and checking at the Tax Home.
