2021 and I am here with the same issue. I called customer support and it seems that they are also unaware of how the system works.
The last call I was supposed to be transferred over to someone to help me out and I stayed on a long hold then they hung up the line. Why is it so hard to just give us the links as you do for PC?
I sent in too many requests and still have yet to gain access to 2019 software.
