This is absolutely insane. I received the 1st round checks. But still have not received the 2nd nor my 2019 E-Filed Return. I have called the IRS numerous times and they simply place you on never ending hold. I tried all the tricks and usually get disconnected when I check in. They are blaming TurboTax as to why I have not received the second round of payment. WHAT IS GOING ON?
They sent a document some time back and they wanted documents related to taxes paid. I sent those out as instructed. This was in August. I contacted them only to hear, its in process. Now? They say we are on 2020 and will not give me any data on 2019. Now I am up to over $5,000.00 that no one can answer to. Yet I am sure they will nail me for taxes on unearned income for 2020. FTLOG!
