If you have not filed, here are the steps (online):
Remove the 1099-R forms that created those forms and re-enter the information. Answer "No" to the disaster questions.

- Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
- On your left, Select Tax Tools / drop down menu
- Select Tools
- Under Other helpful links, choose Delete Form 8915 and Continue with My Return to proceed
