By default, it gets saved to the "TurboTax" folder in your "Documents" folder. (If you are using a windows machine.) If you can't find it, use the search function on your hard drive for tax2018, which is the extension on a TurboTax 2018 file. (If you don't know how to do that: just open your ThisPC and in the upper right corner of the window you will see the search bar. Just type in tax2018 and it should search your whole machine.)
