If your return has been filed & accepted you cannot change how your receive your tax refund. You will receive your refund by the option you choose when you filed your return.
If your return has not been filed (or it has been rejected), you can go to File, follow the screens until you get to the screen where it asks how you want your refund, you can change your option there.
