After you file

In this answer I assume you mean you don't want any 2019 data to transfer into 2020 because it is incorrect so you want to start a new clear 2020 return from scratch. You can do the following to get a clear new 2020 return without any 2019 data. You essentially have to "fool" TurboTax that you are going to upload a file from your computer, but then choose not to. See the steps below:
- Log in and open your return.
- Once the return is open, go to the left menu column and click on Tax Tools, then Tools.
- In the Tools windows, you "fool" TurboTax by choosing "Transfer last year's TurboTax return from your computer." (even though that is not what you end up actually doing.)
- On the next screen that tells you it will clear your return and asks "are you sure", if you agree choose "continue."
- On the next screen do NOT select and upload a file. Instead scroll way down and click the blue button "Continue without transferring."
- That should start a new return without 2019 info. You will have to enter everything.
