Why is the refund advance option not available to me this year? Only direct deposit is. Based on all articles I’ve read I’m not ineligible. I live in US. Simple forms.

My refund amount is over $10k, I even still use my turbo card from last year. It tells me in “help” section that all choices available to me are shown. And it’s just direct deposit to my bank. Why??
