Also, you didn't say "what" product you recently started for 2020. To have phone support, you must use PLUS or higher. If you chose Free Edition, it doesn't have phone support. When you phone TurboTax Support, if you are in Free Edition, they would ask you to upgrade and pay for PLUS (or higher). But even in Free Edition one can use the direct messaging for free at Twitter and Facebook.
