Yes, I’m sorry to be confusing, but that’s because I’m so confused myself.
The IRS says it processed, but it also states that I amended it, but nothing ever came of it because it was not submitted. I’m not sure if I’m using the right language here...
Anyway, I can not get through Support to talk to anyone. Each time I call, the automated voice says to go back online.
Also, I tried to start my 2020 taxes to have access and it still won’t allow me to view the PDF from 2018. I’m not able to put more info into the 2020 tax forms because I don’t have that info yet.
