TurboTax will assume you paid the tax due with the return, but if it doesn't show on the return you can enter it separately.
You would enter the additional taxes paid in the federal section of TurboTax as follows:
- Deductions & Credits
- I'll choose what I work on
- Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
- Estimates
- Federal estimated taxes
- Look for "Additional payments"
