You will see that option when you go to file your return. Right before you e-file, choose Refund Advance for your refund option. You will be told if you qualify. You will not receive the advance until your return is accepted by the IRS.
Then, once the IRS processes your return, the remainder of your refund will be loaded onto your Turbo® Visa® Debit Card (usually within 21 days).
