I've used turbo tax for years with no problems.
Never got my 2019 refund and cannot reach the IRS. Got the first $1200 stimulus but not the lastest $600 one. The IRS "Wheres my Refund" and "Request my Transcript" sites give different answers each time I look. Sometimes they say my refund is in process, sometimes it's on the way, and sometimes that the IRS never received my return. Turbotax sent me the email saying the IRS accepted my return.
Not sure what to do.
