TurboTax sent an email to some of our customers to update their stimulus payment direct deposit information. If you received this email, once your updated information is submitted you should receive your stimulus payment within 5 business days.
- Note: You have to update your information by 1/15/2021.
Please follow these steps to update your information in the portal:
- Go here and sign in with the username and password you used to file your 2019 tax return
- Validate your identity
- Enter your updated bank account information
If you were entitled to a stimulus payment but did not receive one, and you didn’t pay for TurboTax with your refund last year, you may need to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 taxes to get your money.
