I filed the 2019 in July 14 of 2020. It was rejected and I didn't notice until a few days ago while looking for the stimulus.
My reject code was IND-031-04. I'm not sure what this meant, but I don't think I entered the 'cents' amounts on my return, so after downloading the software, I corrected my income slots with the correct cents amount. I believe I may have done all the of the procedure, but there wasn't any real confirmation or anything. I'm still not 100% sure the 'cents' part in the income/deduction parts was the issue.
