After you file

I am experiencing this VERY problem now. This is garbage! Customer service-garbage! They sent a catd, I paid EXTRA for expedited delivery, I've got ZERO tracking info, cannot access my account, cannot reset my password, cannot even get through now to customer service, because there is a "Security Hold" on my account, and I don't have the expiration date for the card they sent!! It's literally like they went through, and figured out any, and everyway possible to hinder, or block you from resolving your issues! Doesn't ANYOME from Turbo Tax, Intuit, or Green Dot, read, and attempt to resolve these issues? If you wonder why your business fails, or is declining, this is your HUGE RED FLAG!! I will NEVER again utilizeANY of these three companies over tjis, and fully intend to file a complaint with the BBB. You are keeping people from accessing their OWN money, and have little to no disregard for it. This has been a problem, I'm reading REPEATED posts to the fact, and literally NOTHING is done to change it. Horrible business model, to hear outcries from your customers, and it falls on deaf ears. From management, all the way down, you don't give two @$#!: about your customers, and it shows! I hope ALL of your businesses shutter up, you truly are horrible, selfish individuals, and I wish NOTHING but the WORST for all of you!!!!!
