To Whom It May Concern:

 

      I am extremely nervous and concerned because I already did my taxes and received the first stimulus payment in 2020. 

 

*After I did all that last summer, I recently changed financial institutions from the previous bank I had been using (PNC Bank) to another financial institution (CCU Credit Union) just a few months ago and have not been able to change / update my direct deposit information with my new CCU checking account information.

 

* I have tried all of the following desperately so that when I do my taxes soon for 2020, nay tax refund I may receive will be able to go directly into my new CCU checking account:

 

1) Tried calling the I.R.S. directly, but unable to get to anyone on the phone.

2) Went to the I.R.S. website, and all it says is that no one can update their direct deposit information if it has been changed!

3) Tried calling TurboTax and also cannot get to a live person to find out how I can update my direct deposit information!

4) Opened up the TurboTax chat and even when I clicked on any of the automated responses about changing my direct deposit information, it did not help me at all!

5) Logged into the TurboTax website to find out where I might be able to change and update direct deposit information, and found nothing!

 

** Can anyone please call me to tell / direct me on how I can get this done ASAP??!! This is not just a request - I have to do this in order to file my taxes now for 2020 and to receive the second stimulus payment!!
