My sons mom and I are divorced. She has full custody according to divorce decree. We alternate years claiming as a defendant and 2018 is her year to claim him as a dependant anyways, but he actually lived with me over half the year. I still paid child support, cost of living in my apartment, etc. can I file head of household?
